Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Leeoveda. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders will be processed and delivered.
1.1 Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
In case of high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer. Customers will be informed if there is a significant delay in processing their order.
1.2 Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post.
After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is generally 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and the serviceability of the courier partner.
Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control, including:
- Remote or non-serviceable locations
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Courier or postal service delays
- Other unforeseen circumstances
Leeoveda shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities.
1.3 Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before the order is placed.
Any shipping or delivery charges paid by the customer are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or in cases where an order is cancelled by us before dispatch.
1.4 Delivery Address
Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Leeoveda will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
1.5 Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details may be shared with you through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another available communication method.
1.6 Delivery Confirmation
An order will be considered successfully delivered when it is delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer during checkout, as per the confirmation provided by the respective courier or delivery partner.
